The Final Report was tabled by government in the Australian Parliament on 29 September 2023. The Royal Commission has also published numerous reports covering public hearings, research and policy themes. The Interim Report was published on 30 October 2020. Seven Progress Reports were published during the life of the Royal Commission at intervals of approximately six months.

Final Report

The Royal Commission has made 222 recommendations on how to improve laws, policies, structures and practices to ensure a more inclusive and just society that supports the independence of people with disability and their right to live free from violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation.
