The Interim Report was published on 30 October 2020. It sets out what the Royal Commission has done in its first 15 months, the cut-off point being 31 July 2020.
The Royal Commission is committed to transparency. We therefore decided to publish Progress Reports at intervals of approximately six months. The reports are primarily intended to provide a brief account of the Royal Commission’s activities over the preceding half-year period. They are distinct from the interim report which the Royal Commission published on the 30 October 2020.
The First Progress Report of the Royal Commission was published in December 2019. That Report provided an overview of the Royal Commission’s program from its formal establishment in April 2019 until 30 November 2019. The Report also outlined the Commission’s proposed program for 2020.
The Second Progress Report summarises the work carried out by the Royal Commission during the period 1 January 2020 and 30 June 2020.
The Third Progress Report summarises the work carried out by the Royal Commission during the period 1 July to 31 December 2020.
The Fourth Progress Report summarises the work carried out by the Royal Commission during the period 1 January to 30 June 2021.
